We all no who you are toss you praise your team all the time but facts are you havent done a good job a good coach would do much better with that group!!

If not "me" who would you suggest fill the role as Senior Coach at Ben Kavanagh in 2011?
Honestly, the list is not that great. Hobley, Horler, Kirkland, Farr, Connellan, Long and Deaton all do their bit but the drop away after these blokes is quite big...
Name a coach who is getting more bang for their buck? I think Heatherton are also doing quite well considering the list strength.

Interesting comment, throughout the 2000's I dont believe theres been a year where there hasnt been 2 or 3 standouts, maybe Clayton came from 4th in 2001 when they beat us, cant remember a finals series where 4th or 5th had any hope of winning it apart from 2001.

I'm guessing if you wouldn't pass the ball to your teammates, it wouldn't be long before you found yourself playing in the ressies. Poor decision making can hurt sides especially come finals time.
I predict a fiery finals series this year- very even top 5.

They obviously only pay the good ones - which there are a few of!
All the top 5 clubs would be paying 10-15 players, who ,how and what they pay them is up to the club etc, and I've read Dingley spend 75k? well it seems alot for there position on the ladder.
We all start recruiting in October weve all got 6-8 ,months to generate money,find sponsors etc,etc some clubs do it better than others, we all start with good lists ,but it all comes down to one thing and that is injuries will determine how far you go in the finals and luck comes in second.
For example we had 8 or 9 players who finished the Grand Final last year with injuries which wouldn't have allowed them to play the next week,thats the luck you need!
Lets hope Mordy or East Brighton go deep into the finals, not at our expense though!

I will drew your attention to one of your posts about Chelsea at the start of the season go back and see how you tried to make out they where over paying their players ect ect!!! thats called snipping hope it comes back to bite you on the bum!!!

Sorry cant find it! Get a copy and post it onhere , lets judge from there.
I can remember potting Chelsea Heights on here, in fact declared them clear favourites for the flag and more than one occassion.
There list is choc full of talent all over the ground , youll find they are even money to win both flags with there depth , id be surprised if i mentioned overpaying players as there is no such thing! also I doubt i would put a value on any of there players thats for there club to decide.
