You did remind me of one issue sabso ,I normally put out 5 plates and make 5 meals at once, have roast for brekky, lunch and dinner till they are gone, at least I eat good for a change.

However with said carrot peeler taking up my bench space, WTF do I do now ?

going to put them one at a time in the oven till they have cooled down - all good -I am prepared now, thanks Tiger nuffie.
