Back from my summer's hibernation and ready to get back into it, guess I'm under pressure now that I'm not hiding on a flank :tearsofjoy:
you have been recruited to OOBs because your kicking accuracy record is the most accurate the competition has seen, the only pressure will be on the other Full Forwards when they see you kicking bag after bag of qoals each week

What the hell did you search to find that gif? 😂😂

It's a Bonz inspiration.

I'm here, but I'm not here if you know what I mean. Shit happening IRL and this is way down the list. I may be on more next week once Starlink replaces one bar of 4G.

I haven't seen a US style truck here since the late 80's/early 90's when an American circus came to town.

I have a book on the kindle about Australian outback trucking adventures. Have you done any long haul journeys yourself?

I'm thinking along the lines of Melbourne to Perth or Adelaide to Darwin here. I would very much consider myself to be a trucking enthusiast. It's the one part of my childhood that never died!:laughv1:

DAF, Mercedes and MAN trucks are also popular over here, although i think the majority of European truck drivers prefer Scania and Volvo for the long range journeys.
Used to do Melbourne - Brisbane mainly (20 hours over two days). Also spent a few months doing Melbourne - Perth and also 6 months driving triple road trains from Alice Springs to Darwin back when the rail line finished at Alice and the containers where unload off the train and onto trucks.
Last 15 years has been local Melbourne and Country Victoria delivering steel / reo or pre-fab concrete panels to building sites.
The European trucks have gained a lot of market here. I think as our roads have become better their market has increased. Scania and Volvo have always had a bit of the market dating back to the mid 80's. More recently Mercedes Benz has mad inroads as has Iveco . MAN is a bit behind the others but they are out there.
Last year the Euro trucks combined had most of the market but Kenworth was still number 1 . Volvo was only just behind in second and Scania fourth. Isuzu was the third biggest in the market.

Did it take you all night to come up with that response?

It's funny that you are having to fight Turbo's battles for him. Seems like all he does now is recruit steal players and post team sheets. Sad how far he's fallen.

That's the thing when large animals like a kangaroo or a deer come in front of you while driving.

It sounds awful to say this but it's safer to just drive straight on regardless.

If you attempt to swerve around them, you put yourself in danger of losing control of the vehicle.
100% yes. No point running off the road and bending the mirror.
