I got on a plane a couple of weeks ago and stupidly booked a seat next to the emergency door.

I spent the whole flight thinking I was going to be sucked out of the plane in my seat just floating into the clouds like what kinda happened on that Alaska Airlines flight

Alas, I'm stuck here for another bloody season with Headless.

And a very good morning to my fabulous Buller comrades and hello Gumbies!

Yes! Yes! Yes! Once again it's Wednesday! My certified one day off per week. And that means a much looked forward to trip to the Markets, some coffee, a fair amount of quaffing and buy some fruit and veg for the week. I've had to work the last two Wednesdays so I'm certainly hanging out for a good dose of laughter and friendship today as well.

Whatever you do today, do it with pleasure.

Budapest and Prague are amazing. It depends on your definition of central Europe, but Germany is wonderful too (although I am bias as I lived there and my wife is German).

Vienna seems to get the "boring" tag, but it is just as gorgeous and if you are into the arts then you will be continually amazed by the museums and concerts/events being held around every corner.

What time of year will you be there?

In fact, you've always said that.

Heading over late September. Starting in Berlin, so will be doing some Germany .
My wife and I have both been to Vienna and liked it, not on the agenda unless we end up doing a tour.
Salzburg looks cool though.
