Some of my soups are more solids than liquids.

I recently made a chicken and vegetable soup from scratch that had lots of chewy chicken on chicken bones pieces in it, and some rather tough celery that remained chewy despite it having been cooked in the soup.

You shouldn't be eating the bones of chicken. You extract their flavours then discard them. The meat in a soup should be tender and small enough to just swallow

I would recommend using a stick blender if your vegetables are still chewy in soups
