finally set on this, that forward line is just too damn good
bringing in 3 premos, 1 ruck obviously (Jacobs on Minson), then either 1 in mid and 1 in def, or 2 in def (depending on Dalgleish and Essendon)
I reckon that is going to be a popular M6-M10, M11 will be 1 of Lambert/Krak/Steele

My Team post NAB .. Removed Swan and gone for Bontempelli. I have loaded up my mid with 5 premiums and sticking with Ablett. Still not sure whether to stick with Simmo or go Gibson. At the moment sticking with Simmo cause I know he'll play every game. $65,100 left in the bank. Your positive and negative feedback is welcomed

Ibbo is in the company of a few substitutes: Koladjashjhklsajldkjlas, Pittard and a few other options like Jaksch. I think Ibbo is the safest option, I would do more research before round 1.

Strong midfield. I would consider Drangerfraud over Parker, but have no statistics to back that up. I think Rocky doesn't represent good value. If you swap him for a 650k player you could pick up Sloane// other low 600k player who may be a better option than Parker.

Rucks: standard. Minson may prove to be a terrific low-risk POD.

If you're confident on the Bont, Gray is a good compliment. Gray may not avg more than 115, but there's not much value in the 500k+ ran

looks solid
i'd try to turn Saad into Salem if possible. maybe using the money from a Swan > Bont downgrade but you'd still be a little short

Pearce > Goodes (if elevated and selected) will also net you some cash and probably a few more SC points each week.

but overall i like the looks of it...even if you are rolling the dice with Swallow and Steven


Edit: maybe trade van Berlo to a rookie and use the cash to upgrade either Swallow or Steven.

Picken just no. Downgrade and use ammo elsewhere. For starters.

Done. I've been set on Doc for pretty much the whole preseason, but he's just as good as an upgrade target.

A pretty good Ablett-less team, i wouldn't go for Cunnington or Lycett personally.

I would probably downgrade Newton or Cripps to a cheaper option and upgrade Kelvin Cunnington to a Griffen/Wines and Lycett to Swan (cash permitting) but otherwise pretty good.

Cunnington's my one concession to North bias. Gone Newton to Sheed for now. Still not super happy with two $200K rookies. If another good def rookie appears might move Saad to mids to open up DPP links and pocket the difference.

Been tossing up Lycett and Swan. Honestly think they're almost line ball and DPP ruck cover tips it Lycett's way. Not going to be put off by one quiet preseason game. Thing is every time I take Swan out I get this feeling of relief, so my gut must be telling me he's a bad risk. Pies are looking a bit ordinary, so maybe not so many cheap points in winning sides?

Nic Nat is underdone, they are still cotton balling him. They will unleash him season proper, but I'm off Nic at the moment. Was bullish about Lycett, but his recent poor performance I can't explain? Maybe look elsewhere for those two?

Nic Nat to Minson for now. A fit Nic Nat surely is a must-have with the new ruck scoring, but "fit" is the problem I guess.

$60K left with this lot. Not keen to drop below $50K, prefer to be closer to $100K for early trades.
