The Hinkley-Rucci relationship as one of the most tragic things i have ever seen.
Rooch will sob on live radio if Ken got sacked.

If he gets any job within the footy industry, then do we still have to pay his full contract out?Wouldn't be surprised if the Club propose a payout of his final year to be paid over 3 years with increases each year to account for inflation. This would reduce the impact on the footy department expenditure.

We all are alreadyI'll be institutionalised if he doesn't depart within a week!!
Hope I get to see it live.Rooch will sob on live radio if Ken got sacked.

Sprung. Not sure he's very smart. Good footballer though. This guy predicted we would beat Sydney a few days ago. What's happened to the list since then?
What could possibly be worse than donuts?
The list needs more depth, whether we have a good list or not there is no reason/excuse to lose by nearly a 100 points in a home final when you are hot favourites. That needs to be addressed first. Mentally we have massive issues. This guy predicted we would beat Sydney a few days ago. What's happened to the list since then?
Would've thought something like this would have been more an AFL wide rule so that coaches dont double dip but understand that you may not be privy to that information and fairly so.That again would depend on the written language in the contract and any subsequent termination thereof.
I am privy to lots of information. I am not privy to the exact language of Ken's contract.
lol the capitals randomly used. Expectation lowercase, Heat upper case, each other lower case, In upper case. Corridor uppercase.Does anyone else have a specific tenet of their preferred gameplan listed as an indelible feature of the club’s strategic direction?
Like, not an overarching unspoken philosophy such as “Pittsburgh Steelers = strong defensive foundations” or “Tottenham Hotspur = attractive attacking football”, but specifically “take the corridor” in print?

Entrusted largely to a 36 year old whose kicking has never been his 1-wood, and an injury-riddled utility who looked cooked for the better part of 18 months… in a Prelim.
Mmmm… more of everyone responsible for this, please!
He's on the pay rollI just knew Rooches article would all boil down to lack of list and getting behind Ken, "barbarians at the gates"
Not one mention of the tired and predictable game-plan.
He's a cancer to this joint.
How many more years should we "get behind Ken" Rooch?
2027? 2029? 2032?

Give a Shitlol the capitals randomly used. Expectation lowercase, Heat upper case, each other lower case, In upper case. Corridor uppercase.
This is a north star document used to sell the club to people and guide our principals and yet it's got shoddy shit like this in it. This is a place that turns over a ****tonne each year and is meant to be the best in the country. Lmao.
Had several “round the water cooler” chats with colleagues today.
The “wHo U guNna GEt?!?!” dialogue from those who have no idea is alive and well, let me tell you. What could possibly be worse than donuts? These people are delusional.
Loving the Cardone -> Plant commentSo Chewy316, if the board is divided, can you shed light on who's in which camp? Obviously Tredrea and Snowdon, the guys that actually understand the game of football ding ding ding are in the sack Hinkley camp, but I would be intrigued to know the loyalties of the others. Im sure the Bean Counter Oborne wants to keep him, Cardone probably does too because he's a Plant, but where are the others?
I sometimes question whether people have any critical thinking skills at allI am also astounded at the number of Port Adelaide fans I know socially who espouse the idea that "it's not the coach's fault, it's the players." It's like they cannot fathom the link between what the players produce on the field and the strategy and tactics the coach sets.
The last para I find intriguing. I am very surprised but grateful that you have posted the content you currently have, its given me hope although I still remain concerned. But my mind asks the question - who is setting these limits because it is a dangerous game & why are you being allowed to update us with a fair amount of detail. I don't expect you to answer this but it has my head spinning.I'm sure he is but it isn't going to impact his future with the club either way.
Quite frankly the majority of the Board members are probably not even aware of the discussions that are going to be taking place amongst the footy grown ups over the next few days.
It's a good question, but I can't answer it at this point. Not because I don't know it, but rather because I have my limits as to what I can and can't post in here.
