Yes and no. 7 North goals were from dubious umpire assisted goals.

Our players started well but had no answer to the relentless biased umpires to the point that we couldn't even touch the North players without giving an cheap free kick away.

The game was unplayable.

Smashed in the clearances. The biggest pantsing by an opposition ruckman in the last few years, Sweet needs a big kick up the backside for that. Also our wings were non existent, no link up at all. Moraes and Burgoyne very very average.

On a positive note Lord played a huge game, and JHF brings the passion, love it.

I knew North would come out hard and aggressive after the bucket of shit that was poured on Clarko all week, but why do we make it easy for them - bloody Georgiades and Sam PP missing goals that under 10's kick and break their spirit before half time.

And the farken umpires were so bad - both sides copped some terrible decisions, we copped more, but we copped a bloody lot of non decisions for frees that were blatantly there.

And what is it with calling play on so quickly when players are within goal shooting range and are outside the boundary line??

I tipped us to win by only 3 or 4 goals, but I expected them to get a late rush and close the gap like the Hawks did, not be up our clacker 3.5 quarters.
