Round 3 Trades

Thanks everybody for the advice. It's very much appreciated. I've opted to go with Mitchell this week over Gazza. The person above who mentioned Mitchell's upcoming price rise raises a very valid point. Looking at my team, it'll be extremely hard to get him in after this week. I'm also still a little bit leery of Ablett's injury history.

Def: Shaw, Birchall, Rosa, Sheridan, Mckenzie, Adams (Dea, Brown)
Mid: Lewis, Mitchell, Neale, Robinson, Hunter, Viney, Parish, Mills (Hewett, Davis, Dunkley)
Ruc: Martin, Gawn (Grimley)
Fwd: Barlow, Gray, Hall, Wells, Kerridge, Mcdonald-tipungwati (Menadue, Steele)

Next week I'll definitely trade Steele to a rookie and look to use that cash to upgrade someone to Ablett or another premium midfielder.

Rosa and Robinson in give my team a much more settled look Imo

Not sure about trading MCrouch so early, Zaha might not turn into a keeper too you know? Then what....another trade gone lol.

I'm sold that MCrouch wont be a keeper

So happy to throwa bone to Zaka.

Got all the rookies i want so I'd have normally burnt 3 trades by now..
In front as far as normal stratergy goes

Prefer Zaha to Hunter?

I rekon give the kid a chance its only round 2 and he is equal 3rd in clearances in the league with Sam mitchell only just behind Cripps and Armitage...
17 clearances in 2 weeks

(Edit had to check my info)

Curiosity, what have been your trades to date?
Rage traded Greene because of his role to Sam Gray in round 2, freed up a little bit of cash doing that, I'll back Gray in over Greene, Gray still got a 70 from 20 possies on the weekend in a game they'll thumped in.

Rocky and Gresham to Parish and Sitchell this week.

Barlow is scoring better in DT than SC (traded him in SC, disposal efficiency/low numbers is hurting his scoring there), Bartel is finding the footy but has conveniently forgotten to mark/tackle

Keeping these guys because of their scoring history even though they're rock bottom currently

Bartel has history, Barlow has last year.... I just gave a feeling that Barlow was once premium and burnt us last year.

Think they are different prospects.

Freo are losing with Barlow as a forward

They were a force with him as a midfielder, particularly in 2013-14, I think Ross will give him a go back in there eventually as he won't throw in the towel and play the kids (you seen his last couple of team selections? De Boer in this week and that's it)

Yeah Barlow burnt me in 2013-14 getting injured, he's a forward and there seems to be a few forwards bobbing up this year, I think I can carry him in that position, if he was a straight mid I'd be ditching him as I was burnt badly by Griffen last season for etc.

His DPP is useful too
