Chesser is developing and has a way to go but he is starting to show up Gaff and Sheed in particular.
Hardly a player with any pace, in addition there is a real lack of speed endurance that is only built through hard work. (And ticker)
We need a huge list turn over with plenty of deadwoord to be moved on.
Take the class with high picks, Ginbey is being exposed for a lack opf pace.

With Tom Cole being the sub today for a player that's played a lot of footy and considered one of our experienced players I'd say its pretty certain at this stage his about to get delisted. Being on the fringe and not even making starting lineup tells you something.

His going to have to provide something the remaining games of the season or his done at AFL level.

My money is on we don't have any players available and he needed to be on reduced mins.

As for being delisted. How many hard at it pacey small defenders with neat skills do we have on the list to be cutting cole ?

If I'd have it my way I'd cut them all. Witho Duggan Cole Hunt are all not good enough.

Start a complete fresh with half back flankers. Delist Gaff and Sheed while we are at it aswell.

All of them are dead wood.
