Geelong v Western Bulldogs - 2 points; Aker to kick 5 and take home the 3 votes as the Dogs pull off a famous victory

Collingwood v Essendon - 8 points; another thriller, with the Pies triumphing after Didak kicks 3 last quarter goals, riding shotgun on the back of a great performance by Travis Cloke

Adelaide v Fremantle - 30 points; Crows too strong at home, and will keep themselves well in the mix for a top four finish; Connolly resigns after the match.

St Kilda v Hawthorn - massive game IMO, with the Hawks almost sowing up a top four spot if they win, and the Saints needing 4 points to stay in touch with the eight.

West Coast v Sydney - 1 point; reverse of the GF result from '06 as the Swans propel themselves into the top four with a win over a desperate Eagles side

Brisbane Lions v Carlton - 16 points; the Fev kicks 8 and makes the game closer than many think, but Lions too strong at home

Richmond v Port Adelaide - 18 points; the Power too strong for the Tigers, although Richo's 3.7 could have changed things. Tredders back to his best with 5 and the telephone celebration

Kangaroos v Melbourne - 30 points; the rampaging Roos continue their run up the ladder, and crush a dispirited Melbourne side; more tanks than WWI in this match, as the Dees scramble for the best pick they can get

Geelong v Western Bulldogs - TD

Are Geelong due for a loss, at some stage, yes. However, the Bulldogs haven't really played their best football enough this year. Expect anything IMO. Cats by 10 points.

Collingwood v Essendon - MCG

We couldn't lose to Essendon, not after the MM spray after the loss at the weekend. There's going to be nothing in it all night, but I expect Collingwood to run home fitter in the final term. Pies by 16 points.

Adelaide v Fremantle - AAMI

Adelaide will bounce back. Crows by 30 points.

St Kilda v Hawthorn - TD

Danger game for the Hawks. If the Saints keep up their form from last week I think they might be too good. Saints by 4 points.

West Coast v Sydney - S

West Coast are out of form, and Sydney are in form. However, Eagles are expected to bring in some top-line players, so I think they may bounce back at home. Eagles by 14 points.

Brisbane Lions v Carlton - G

Carlton won't even turn up this week, why bother, they are a laughing stock. Lions by 42 points.

Richmond v Port Adelaide - MCG

Richmond are tanking, along with Carlton and Melbourne, while Port Adelaide were very good last week. Power by 37 points.

Kangaroos v Melbourne - TD

Kangaroos are going along nicely, Melbourne are rubbish. Roos by 16 points.

Richmond 13.11.89 Port 10.11.71 (In a major upset, the Tiges manage to play 4 consistent quarters. Port have a stinker of a day)

Just like they were supposed to have a mental let down after the Archer 300th game?

North by plenty this week.
