And we're now out of the top 8 as well with the Bulldogs smashing Freo.

Looking at the draw, winning this game is IMHO now critical.

Twenty-four hours out and we’re still clear favourite in the betting, for some reason.

I’m glad to see so many people here feel the same way I do about Peatling. His efforts are sensational, playing and subbing anywhere as required, and he’s pulled off some miracles, like the match-winning essential final seconds cricket-mark a month or so back. He absolutely outclasses in the vfl. Yes he’s fumbled and given away possession, but better players do it regularly too. That’s footy. I always scratch my head wondering what he’s done off the field to piss off Kingsley. I hope he stays at GWS, but it wouldn’t appear the selectors are enticing him to stay.

Yes - if we lose to Port, for the first time this year we will finish a round out of the Eight. And if we can’t beat Port who are playing away from Adelaide, I can’t see how we beat the in-form rampant Sydney next week

Knowing the surface will most likely be slippery, our players better have the appropriate footwear from the get-go.

Really no excuse for anyone to be ill-prepared.

Will be annoyed if we see players lose their footing because they haven't worn the long stops.
Do those still exist?

Guys and gals,

I watch lots of Port Adelaide game, out of my punting hobby. Hinkey's Mediocre is great on paper, shows occasional dominance but ultimately overrated. Their goal accuracy is a well known problem. Mediocres haven't played at Engie in the last 4 years. They are missing big Charlie. Darcy Byrne Jones is a danger for us though.

It's hard to find enthusiasm with our current performance, however, the bookies are reflecting our chance. I'm expecting Callum to kick 2+ goals.
Fingers crossed for Tobey Bedford, I think he will kick a goal or two shake out of his slump.

I'm not being over confident but today's a winnable game. Let's hope the Port gets the wobbles in front of the goals!

I will be attending the game, come rain or hail (it's a beautiful winters day :)). If you see a guy wearing a Giants hat with Parra Eels scarf, come and say hi!
