It's the kids, baby!

Dominant possession count, smashed in the clearances, but a convincing come from behind win on a rare Saturday afternoon at the MCG in front of our home fans. A significant milestone against a second top 4 contender following the victory over the Saints.

Connor Macdonald a lazy 28 possies and 2 goals.
Dylan Moore, only 25 possies and 2 goals.
James Sicily barely got past 30 possessions including 10 intercepts, plus 8 score assists.
Mitch Lewis 4 goals
Justin Koschitzke 3 goals
Jai 'The Duke' Newcombe once again showing strength and poise beyond his years.
Not forgetting Cam Mackenzie had 12 touches in a bit over a quarter and helped shift the momentum of the game when he came on.

And Luke Breust scored his first Brisbane jumper.

What a wonderful win for a young team.

Terrific win that. I had a really positive feeling all week.

Sicily and Impey were dominant all day and we set up really well down back. Blanck has made a huge different. That’s close to our best set up, without error prone players.

Newcombe’s third quarter turned the game. What a gun.

Macdonald played his best game of footy. Day, Moore, Nash great.

Lewis and Kosi were very effective as twin talls. Lewis the other one who has structurally transformed the side since his return.

Great way to go the bye – significant improvement over the last few weeks, except for last week’s first half.

Connor Macdonald give that man his Rising star nomination. Seamus Mitchell not to shabby (or shammy) himself.

This game along with the Saints game is one of those 'we've arrived' moments. Enjoy your weekends fellow Hawkers but most importantly you you Purple prick 😂😂😂
