He was subbed half way through the third when most players are normally subbed and was getting absolutely smashed.Why are people considering trading Wingard?
Yes had a stinker but spent half the game in the vest, and has potential to go big/avg 90+/QUOTE]

When he has big games he still doesn't tonne up which is why I've avoided him
Had planned to just try and generate cash this week, but heck, plans can change right?
T. Cutler -> ???? (Thinking go someone like Aylett, who only needs to play one more game, someone who might get a run soon, or just some bottom priced)
K. Kolodjashnij -> Burgoyne
Leaves a backline "finished" with Bartel, Swallow, Malceski, Hibberd, Shaw, Burgoyne
Then then the following week, get rid of Griffen who I think was worth the risk, but hasn't been as good as I'd hoped
B. Acres -> Z. O'brien (assuming he plays this week and named for next)
Griffen -> Fyfe
Leaves a "finished midfield with Ablett, Pendlebury, Beams, Watson, Selwood, Murphy, Goddard, Fyfe
After these I'll have 11 trades with only Ambrose to upgrade before I could maybe get nit-picky about one premium over another
Who to get as that backline rookie? I know a lot of us are in the same boat
Any other thoughts/suggestions?
Langdon is ripe for picking.Any help on what to do would be nice. I've dropped down to 6k overall.
Here are some options i'm thinking just made pictures so it's a little bit easier.
Option 1 ~ Cotchin>Rockliff and Lloyd>Honeychurch
Option 2 ~ Cotchin>O'Brien and Lloyd>Gray
Option 3 ~ Langdon>Jaensch and Cocthin>Treloar
Option 4 ~ Leave my team as it is maybe trade Langdon>Jaensch and next week Cotchy>Mid Prem and Lloyd>Downgrade
Do you have enough cash to go above Burgoyne? Like McVeigh?
Who are your backline rookies?
Langdon is ripe for picking.
Rockliff is hard to say no to.
Option 3: How much cash would that leave you before picking Treloar?
Omg you need to have your head examined!! Griffen is a gun and copped the best tagger in the game. Unbelievably you are planning to ditch a bonafide SC gun the week before he plays Brisbane and probably scores 140-160 before going on to average 115+ for an injury prone Fyfe who will almost certainly be injured or rested by Ross in SC finals. Silly.Had planned to just try and generate cash this week, but heck, plans can change right?

I thought Griff would be a gun too when bringing him in, but he just hasn't been performing this year for whatever reason, compare his scores to Fyfe
120< 1 V 3
100-120: 3 V 4
80-100: 1 V 0
80>: 4 V 1
Take out this week and Fyfes average is 120.
And while Fyfe hasn't been super spectacular in his few years, Griffen isn't really the "bonafide SC gun" you're saying with season averages of 68, 72, 63, 80, 88, 93, 108, 105, 116, 93*
If I was one of those thinking of trading Dane Swan you'd have a point, but I think Griffen -> Fyfe is a great trade that gets me one of the games top 10 midfielders
I think it's too sideways. Over a season yes - however from here on in I think Fyfe will out score him by 5-7 PPG tops...fyfe is injury prone, has sloppy disposal at times, has a coach that rests gun players (brissy round 22 perhaps?) and gets rubbed out too - why waste a trade! IMHO of course
First world problems...I can definitely see where you're coming from. But with 15 trades left I feel like I can afford to do a few sideways trades to chase those extra few PPG, and I think it'll be closer to 15 than 5-7
Also, if not Griffen I don't really have anyone else to upgrade, if I do the Kolodjashnij -> Burgoyne my backline is settled, Griffen is my worst midfielder so that's settled, I can't yet upgrade my F6 so I'll have to wait on that, and rucks are in a similar situation as Griffen, Macintosh is getting by alright, but could be upgraded to someone better.
I don't mean to sound like I'm shooting down you're opinion, and I definitely appreciate the feedback, but I just don't see another trade that needs doing more so than this one (other than those I'm doing this week of course, which I'm still not 100% on)
