Almost everyone is tipping the Tigers.

Tigers by 12 with a crowd of 50,000.

Hawks by 12 with a crowd of 50,000.

Port by about 40 with a crowd in the low 20s.

Cats and Dogs will win.

If I did tipping I'd be on the Crows too. Even at our best we only tended to just scrape past them over there, and this year we are far from our best. Crows by 20.

Nah. The week off came at the right time for the Hawks, they'll hit the second half of the year hard. Wouldn't be surprised if Thursday night is a blow out your way, to be honest.

A lot of people tipping us to beat West Coast. Normally I'd be a fairly confident but coming off the bye, I'm curious to see which Richmond shows up.

Will be interesting to see if McGovern is fit to play on Friday - would imagine WCE's KPD stocks would be fairly stretched at present. They'd probably need him as I'd imagine we'll continue with the 3 tall forward setup as well.

yeah this is a game we need to win and should win however on past history these are exactly the games we drop... no confidence at all, 30 years of following the tigers will do that.

Coming off two 6 day breaks up against a side, interstate, who has had a fifteen day break. Tigers should get it done, and easily.

Don't think so. We beat Port in Adelaide then 6 days later had beat the bombers and then 6 days later went to Perth to beat freo. Outside of us having a bye which can be a bad thing ie takes away momentum. 6 day break wont be the reason you win or lose this game.

Overrated factor. Since 2010, 48 teams have won off a 6-day break before facing a second 6-day break, for 24 wins, 24 losses.

I don't doubt it has an effect, but clubs are good at managing it. Richmond's last three wins at Adelaide - MCG - Perth were separated by 6-day breaks.

Given average weather, the attendance record (currently 40K) should be smashed. The top 9 crowds have all been at Subiaco, with an MCG best of 37K. Biggest game between the clubs since the Eagles debuted in 1987.

You guys are doing a good job of convincing me West Coast are a chance. In the end I just can't see it unfortunately :( Should be a cracker though!
