Probably wise to give Byrne another week in the twos. Wood deserves a rest, and Special looks ready to work. Just wish it wasn't against Sandilands.

If it gets tough we just throw Cripps against Sandilands allowing Kreuzer to do the roving..............simple.

I know we normally focus on our changes but the Feo ins and outs are very significant

Out: Paul Duffield (Omitted), Tendai Mzungu (Omitted), Clancee Pearce (Omitted), Zac Clarke (Omitted)

In: Jonathon Griffin, Matt Taberner, Cameron Sutcliffe, Hayden Crozier.

Mzungu and Clarke were in the gun but Pearce and Duffield are the meat and potato footballers (boring and static)that Ross has relied on. I also reckon Lyon would have dropped a few more given the chance but does not want to risk 6 changes in one week.

Look for Weller to be a late inclusion.

I'm sensing they will try to run a hell of a lot more and take risks this week, so they may leave the door ajar.

Could be a good game to watch.

I like the team. Good 'ins' - Docherty is welcome back and Rowe and Casboult there to provide ruck relief to a solo Kreuzer. Probably a fair tactic to just concede the tap to Sandilands/Clarke and back our ball winners in the middle, since they have done well all year. Will be tougher with Gibbs out, though.

Shame Boekhorst hasn't forced his way back in, but congrats to Walsh for getting a game. Hope he can have a solid one.

Not sure about Tutt still being in the team but he has been an OK sub really.

This is the best our backline has looked on paper for a long while:

B: Simon White , Michael Jamison , Tom Fields

HB: Chris Yarran , Zach Tuohy , Dylan Buckley

Plus Docherty and Rowe in there but named elsewhere.

Looking forward to this one! Gotta get that run and carry sorted out. If we can open up some space and work hard for each other, the skill level will pick up.

Think Walsh can adapt quite well, he's obviously fit enough and strong enough too. Also is already one of the best at the club at getting the hands free and dishing out a handball. Exciting stuff!

Happy with Doc and Rowey who should straighten up the backline. Should be a real test of how far we have come with Barker.

Been over on the Fremantle page. All pretty upset in the their changes. In particular scape goats being dropped and not the important players who've been shit lately, de boer, Suban, Ballantyne. I guess they don't truly understand their coach.

He manages to build a list very well but never plays kids. He absolutely destroyed St. Kilda.

Yeah. Good ins. Freo have pav and maybe griffin as their talks so don't be surprised if white runs with Fyffe. Jamo and Rowe take the two talks and fields the third tall.

Doc is a great in and Walsh will provide some grunt.

Will miss Gibbs but I think team balance is better without Wood now that kruez is fit.

Yarran and Menzel very very lucky after last weeks 'efforts'

They have to come up with a new game plan by September. I expect them to attack mercilessly. Which may indeed leave the door ajar, but is more likely to rack up a score.

Every possibility you're right.

TBH I just want to see a bit of attacking footy.

Been some shit viewing this year.
