IMO I don't think any more guys will be delisted. We have delisted 4 from our senior list (Bidders,King,Sipthorp,Vardy), Cameron has retired, Holland traded and we were already 2 short on our list before that. I don't believe we are in a position to delist anymore players as all clubs are required to have a minimum senior list of 37 next year (and going up to a fixed 38 the following year from memory). As Rodan listed in another thread it looks like we will need to use all of our picks (national and pre-season drafts) to reach the required number.
We've just got to accept that there'll be players on our list in 2004 who are lucky to still be in the AFL and that it's going to take at least another year or two before we turnover our list.

Also, I reckon there's a strong possibility that Duncan Kellaway will retire before the new season starts, if he can't get through the preseason without several hamstring twangs and the odd thigh strain....

Bidders,King,Sipthorp,Vardy. I am pretty happy with those delisting's. If anything we could of kept Vardy for extra height but he only played 5 games last season so I don’t think we will miss him or any of the other three.

. You're correct Dean. Knew 5 players got the chop but forgot initially that included rookie listee Pickering as well.
Not sure if Duncan will retire. The game has passed him by however he has one year left on his contract and will be on the vet's list next year. The Club might ask him to stay on instead of drafting a kid with pick 117 who they'll have to keep on and pay for 2 years under the new drafting rules.

I'd probably keep him purely because we wasted such a good draft pick on him we might as well give him a final year.
Other than being the softest player in league, I don't think he is coached well and I would like to see him have a run on the wing/half forward flank as he is quick and skillfull (I know I am being far to nice)

According to several sources, hilton is on the verge of signing a new 2 year contract.
Hall is out of contract and IMO hes ****ed that they offered him up....prob. end up at Melbourne or geelong if he goes into the draft.....will Richmond pick up another small forward?? i hear that shane harvey is going into the PSD and wouldnt be surprised if Richmond picked him up, due to their obsession with crumming forwards
