Lancefield been struggling for a bit on field, Timmy done some tireless work and it has stalled again, not sure about merging tbh. Seems a strange comment to say the least.

I thought Riddell and Romsey were both in good condition in the last two weeks and Wallan looked good last night. The weather has been reasonably good so far.

Some very surprising results today, Woodend pushed Riddell to the final whistle too.
Was a good game to watch, though i only saw a half. Looks like Kyneton V Macedon was decent too

Huh? They had 22 players on the ground. I would name some players but the numbers don't match up with what's on playhq.
You simply can't play this game with 1 player short for any length of time and that made a difference.

I’ve got no dog in this argument as I don’t follow either team. I thought Carlisle played a serviceable game, without dominating. He certainly wasn’t useless. It seems you’re so choked up with antipathy toward Carlisle and Bellino that you’re determined to peddle anything if it suits your narrative.
Diggers were the better team and thoroughly deserved their win. There were far more clinical and decisive in their ball handling, and capitalised on Wallan’s turnovers.
They looked far fitter and quicker than Wallan as well. 4-5 Wallan players looked decidedly overweight and out of condition. I also thought the umpiring decisions were woefully one sided, to the detriment of Wallan. However, despite that, Diggers were very worthy winners.

No issue with Diggers winning either just wanted it far more than Wallan especially in the last quarter. I'm glad you mentioned the umpiring as I was happy to leave it.

Absolutely have nothing against either of those players, i'm only hearing the diggers rest perspective as i know a lot of people around the club but thank you for your view on the game that's what i was after; another persepective. I think it's excting that Wallan have been able to go and get two quality players to add to a premiership tilt and today would've been dissapointing for them because they really did get diggers at a good time and at home too.
Yes, was a good game Turbo. Diggers were pretty impressive. Should be a big game when they play Riddell in a couple of weeks time.

Jesus. We're two games in from their arrival and essentially two training sessions together.
I hear things will only get worse for them.
Considering the leg up Diggers got after halftime I'd say the guys are more pissed off than anything.

Be more specific with your comment here and your other comments regarding this game thanks. Because 8 ( Langborne ) was undisciplined and got sent off, whose fault is that? How can you make that the excuse for a 32 point defeat? Wallan were pretty much full strength, Diggers had some massive outs. Jensen, Day, Flower, Tommy Swartz, Taylor Hine, ( all would be in there best 8 players and the first 2 named ( Jensen and Day would top 8 in the competition ) then also Ciccero, Wallace and maybe Krul, so that is 8 players missing from their best side. Please do not make excuses of the loss like you are doing. Carlise was never a factor up forward, and would not have had 2 kicks whilst playing key forward ( which is what Wallan have paid crazy big money for ) yes he got a few touches when he went into the ruck, but was not a factor. Then Wallan want to play overweight and slow and unfit players like 51, 23, 1 and the list could go further if you want. Your excuses and comment sound like sour grapes and does not have any merit in it whatsoever.

Stax on the mill covered it pretty well I thought. Even on the umpiring.
It's his fault. Instead of retaliating he should've just walked away.
4 goals while he was off the ground. It was a significant part in the loss.
We played 5-6 U19 players, probably more this week. Players to come back in before finals so that's a positive.
I hear Jensen and Day won't play again, so that's not an excuse.
If you're going to troll at least do it properly. I've already acknowledged the win and said Diggers clearly wanted it more. I simply supported the view on the umpiring.
You'll never see me hanging shit on players and gutless comments like these don't deserve a response.

I must say that, Mullen looks and play a lot like Mitch J. What a gun.
They are cousins, Mullen is a clone! Would be a huge blow for Diggers to not see Day/Jensen again, both proven big game players!
