If he is injured don't play him. Play Dawson like the hoards have been calling for. Kennedy is injured they're not playing him simple. If Hanneberry is injured then ditto. Don't prempt him being shit and make excuses for him before he has set foot on the ground when if he is playing he is considered fit. Otherwise he should be sitting next to Josh in the stand if we are going down that track.

I actually agree with you 100% but it's not his fault he's injured is it? The buck stops with Horse and it's Horse who is failing to give Hanners the break he obviously needs

Except Tippett can't lead and mark to save his life anymore
I'd settle for bringing it to ground and allowing Papley, Hayward and Jack to crumb or lock it in for a stoppage. Our whole gameplan is built around stoppages.

Hate the set up with so many talls forward of the ball
All fly for the same ball , Reid and Rohan go into there schells and don't wanna get in the way
hopefully they give reid some time on the wing. he played one of his better games there against free in a final.

He may not be an out and out gun because they're constantly resting him, giving his knees the opportunity to recover and strengthen but he is a very, very good player! I suspect we'll be the same with AJ should he get the opportunity. But hey, what does that matter? I suspect you've already quoted somewhere that he's a gun!

Okay so he's being rested and managed. That is fair enough. But that does not equate to a player that opposition supporters would be afraid of, which is what the point of my original post was.

Spewing we are going tall again
Pssst! We're rather tall too and surprisingly have named not 1, not 2 but 3 talls as emergencies.
Neither side will want rain it seems.

Actually it lies with the medical staff and the player. Medicos tell the coach who is available and a senior player should know their own body to put their hand up if they're not right.

Go ask all the coaches and I'll guarantee you they're relieved when he's not playing against their respective sides! Just like Rohan will no doubt be playing on Chris Scott's mind because of what he can do (they wouldn't have chased him so hard if he wasn't rated)!

on the flip side. hawthorn outworked us with their talks last week. it is a bit reactionary though considering how many games we won with one less tall.

Isn't it usually how it goes though? We look really good as a team, then we have a loss to Hawthorn and Horse time travels back to 2015.
