I used to do an interval program that worked out to about 2.6km of sprinting when I played, and that was vomit inducing (strictly a before-food thing). The Brayshaws are MONSTERS!

Not to state the obvious but they aren’t actually sprinting flat out for 100 x 100m!
If anyone did that they would have a soft tissue injury before 10 reps were complete I would guess.

I’ve seen footage of them doing it in other years they seem to be mainly jogging/running for the reps, nice little Christmas tradition I guess.

So, a mate who is also a Freo nuffie pointed out a guy on a stand-up paddle board on the river today as a Dockers player.

Unfortunately neither of us have great facial recognition skills, but I hope he was, because I have never seen more muscle definition on a human being. If our fellas are in that sort of shape just after the Christmas feasting, it’s a good sign!
