Not to state the obvious but they aren’t actually sprinting flat out for 100 x 100m!I used to do an interval program that worked out to about 2.6km of sprinting when I played, and that was vomit inducing (strictly a before-food thing). The Brayshaws are MONSTERS!

If anyone did that they would have a soft tissue injury before 10 reps were complete I would guess.
I’ve seen footage of them doing it in other years they seem to be mainly jogging/running for the reps, nice little Christmas tradition I guess.
Freddie? So, a mate who is also a Freo nuffie pointed out a guy on a stand-up paddle board on the river today as a Dockers player.
Unfortunately neither of us have great facial recognition skills, but I hope he was, because I have never seen more muscle definition on a human being. If our fellas are in that sort of shape just after the Christmas feasting, it’s a good sign!
Not Freddie! Smaller bloke. Light hair… friend was adamant he was a player but couldn’t think of the name!
Those are some pipes.
I wonder how much of the noise from the media has made its way to Darcy.
Love our two rucks are training together.
Sharp be my guessNot Freddie! Smaller bloke. Light hair… friend was adamant he was a player but couldn’t think of the name!
Genuine more ripped than Freddie tho, would ace the skin folds if they still did that
at least all the family can view that one2 rucks 1 premiership cup
Probably not with the shower of expletives that will be released after 30+ years of frustration.at least all the family can view that one
Not many players can make Jackson look small...
