The hits keep coming. Bongino is a proper nutcase, used to be a regular guest on InfoWars and was quite involved in the 'reporting' that was central in Alex Jones getting done for the Sandy Hook nonsense iirc.
Bongino was also on NRA Tv

Bongino from what I have seen of him comes across as an especially angry, bitter and vicious man, pretty damning considering the nest of vipers already there.

Seems Bondi has a few skeletons in her closet

She was a lobbyist for Qatar

Trump will raise tariffs, prices and inflation will rise as predicted.

He will then blame said increases on the other countries, because they didn't pay the tariff increases, and his moronic supporters will swallow it.

Easy.
The point for Trump supporters is that they truly believe the USA is supreme and the best nation on earth full of the best and brightest and toughest people. And if anything goes wrong, it's because of Government. When they get poorer, it's Govts fault, or foreigners.

When they lose their job, it's Govt and foreigners.

While they have those scapegoats, they don't need to question systemic problems like oligarchs running everything for their own benefit while the middle and lower classes lose out.

So, they promise to reduce Govt and foreigners.

They've been defunding schools for decades to the point where teachers are lower-class and they're considering privatisation.

Republicans will officially control the house now. Trump has a trifecta. To not delivery on his promises, given that, would be an abject failure and list him amongst the most ineffectual presidents in history.

Everyone agreed?
Soz, for the late reply, but let's hope he doesn't achieve those damaging promises.

I get the impression the msm has represented the whole thing as all the repubs in the house will just 'tow the trump' line, because a) they're a nutter like trump or b) are compelled, forced to. There's not much (if any) reporting on any rebellion sentiment within the repubs party.

I'd imagine there would be, would there be enough to influence sensible policy / legislation is the question. Probably not.

My biggest concern is the isolation rhetoric, it's really bad for the liberal democratic alliance.

It's a case of we'll reap what trump sews. Hopefully trump will be convinced that this shift away from globalization is uber damaging for the US, and hopefully (but unlikely) the party will rebel. Yeah probably not happening.

I'm not looking forward with any positivism

Agreed

Important figure in this is Leonard Leo.
Worth a look into.

A few good ones out there, this was one I saw

He should go down in history as one of the real villains who enabled the elite conservatives to capture the reins of power. I think he's a bit like Eichmann was, the efficient organizer type.

Good riddance Gaetz. Fancy nominating an alleged pedophile as AG.
Interesting Planet America episode on the details of his resignation - could possibly still come back next year for the next term?

Trump is an idiot who didn't know what was about to come out and jumped the gun on naming people.
