The point being a majority-white area would never have had a place like that near them. Well maybe Appalachia. They also don't frak, burn waste, or dump sewage near nice white neighborhoods.

If, as he claims (falsely) that he didn’t sign such an EO, does that not mean there was NO basis for deporting the so-called gang members to El Salvador (rather than just a legally dodgy basis)?

She experienced major full thickness burns over a significant portion of her body, had to have repeated surgeries to perform skin grafting, and was unable to work for years.

America is the bad place, but McDonalds handed a coffee significantly hotter than allowed, and hot enough to cause third degree burns, and hotter than could be held in the hand, to a person sitting down, with the coffee over them, who had their life destroyed as a consequence.

America is the bad place, but this case, and the damages awarded, are not part of that.
