Easton Wood is the antithesis to this thread. For years I thought he had a hyphenated surname, because the commentators only ever referred to him as "Easton(-)Wood".

It's a cross between how good you are and how unique your name is, with more emphasis on uniqueness.

Orazio is a bog average player but is unique and just well known enough to fit this category.

On the other hand - as someone else pointed out, there's multiple AA-level Charlies...so it doesn't quite work for them.
