Anyone doing that partypoker offer?

Being an el cheapo and seeing $50 was on offer, I decided (against my better judgement of possible spam and identity theft) to take up that partypoker free money offer.

Played there free once and hated the joint (the setup does my head in, all credit to the 8 year old who designed the place!) but i rejoined yesterday, started a proper account and my $50 was deposited this morn.
After about 40 minutes playing like a robot at two cheapo limit tables i've turned it into $56.38, importantly I've been in about 20 raked hands. Only 480 to go and I can walk away with my $50 oh plus another $25 after 500 raked, so it says.

I can't stand the aesthetics and setup of party poker.

I play paradise, and it looks so much better.

But I aint gonna lie, that free $50 offer is pretty tempting.

This is pretty good, you only have to play 125 raked hands to get the $25 bonus.

Party Poker is still verifying my one. Is it taking this long for anyone else? I've validated my phone and email. It's just waiting for PP approval.

Also Embers, is the international code right for your number? For my phone number I noticed they chucked a 9 at the start of it for some unknown reason. I changed it and got a call immediately.

Have to play raked hands if you want to walk with the cash.

I found they'd given me another pending bonus, $25 but you had to wager it at the casino and you needed to wager $250 to claim it.
I started blackjack with $1 bets (never played before) and got $20 up at one stage, before wagering the $250. Managed to come away with $23 of the $25 bonus. I'm over $110 now.
Just have to rack up my full hands and I can neteller out of here!

That doesn't sound right. You should still be able to log into Party Poker with your new account, but there would just be no real money in it. I can log in with my new account but I only have play money available at this stage.

My account has been confirmed but it is being assessed by the "risk management" team. This is taking quite a while. I'm pretty sure I did all of this stuff on Friday afternoon so it's been over 48 hours.

You'd have to check with someone else, but the way I'd imagined it is that you can play SNG tables but it doesn't contribute towards obtaining the $25 bonus. Is that correct?

That is correct - someone I know emailed support about it. SNG's don't count toward raked hands.

Yeah, I thought that was pretty obvious. I just hope that there isn't a catch to do with winning tournaments. I prefer playing tournaments and would like to stick mainly with them. Hopefully I get to keep my winnings.
