Parking at Adelaide Oval

Has anyone actually attempted this?

Normally we catch public transport, however this weekend I have a soccer match at Hope Valley that finishes at 3:15 I then have to make a mad dash to the footy.

Any suggestions on where to park?

(I'm a silver member and don't really care if I have to pay..... can I park on the grass between Colonel Light statue and the Clarrie Grimett entrance or do I have to be a gold member to park there?)

I've heard that you can park at any U-Park in town for $6 with a Crows membership.

i parked in the riverbank carpark under the train station for the GWS game. straight in and straight out.

$16 to park was a bit rich though

The U Park at the Currie street TAFE is probably the closest or maybe Topham Mall too. $6.00 on weekends and Thurs & Friday nights I think too.

Can confirm Topham Mall is $6 all day on weekends. Not sure about Thurs/Fri nights, pretty sure that's standard rates. Easy walk straight down Leigh St, across Hindley down into the metro underground to the station then across the bridge. About a 10 minute walk!

I park at either the Entertainment Centre ($4 I think) or behind Metro Holden (free!), then take the tram. Living in western suburbs makes it easy though. Otherwise the underground car park under TAFE is good ^^.

Have to work tomorrow
Of our 12 games in SA this year.
I'm taking time off work to see 5.
I can see another 2 without cutting work.
So I miss 5.
Melbourne, North Melbourne, West Coast because the match isn't appealing enough to blow off work.
St Kilda because I'll be overseas.
Richmond I'm undecided on atm. If we're flying I might take this off, but atm, I probably will work.

Upark are $6 on weekends and public holidays and i believe after a certain time on week night.

Park at Topham mall. Access via Waymouth Street. Walk out and down over Currie, then down Leigh and over Hindley and whatever lane Zambreros is on then go under North Terrace through the trainstation and appear in front of the footbridge

OP could also consider catching a regular bus from Paradise Interchange into town and then catching the footy express back after the game.

just about anything North of Wellington Square in North Adelaide is free, but you've got a 15 minute walk to the ground from there.

This should be the correct rate. Riverbank car park is an $8 flat fee on AFL match days provided you enter and exit 3hrs either side of the game.

Same rate applies to the CC car park that is accessed via North Terrace.
