Geoff always expressed his belief that NW and Wahgunyah should merge, but after today’s events it would be hard to see that playing out with a big brawl in mid February.

The aspect of watching the footage that makes me laugh the most is the complete absence of any physically fit individuals on the field. It appears to be a group of men who believe they are “tougher” than each other. If both sides were put on a field against a group of fit football players, they would have difficulty surviving even a quarter.

It’s actually pathetic and embarrassing.

Don’t really understand why any club, especially one looking to play finals would waste their time playing a side of Wahgunyah’s calibre. Better off having an intraclub or match play at training imo
