Who cares if there is no disconnect.

We aren't here to be connected, we are here to win.

If they are all happy with losing then that just means that the problem is even bigger!
Happy happy work place is all that matters, Koch can sit in Sydney and go about his business without having to strain his peanut brain with anything at Alberton.
He likes to big note himself as the Port Chairman but do as little as possible where accolades are not bestow upon him.

There's a massive disconnect between supporters and the club and that's what Kochhead needs to be listening to, if not the club will have a whiff of death next year.
He only listens to the Joy's of the world.

And now we go to ken hinkley for the special comments.

Ken "Yeah guys... See... Um... Carlton have just worked harderer for longerer so far um... And someone has to lose hey boys"
It reminds me of the coach's corner segments on the club website with Primus in 2011-12, where he would show 5 minutes of footage of the Swans and highlight how hard their players attacked the contest. Inspired insight, and that's what we cop from Finkley.

...an animated Hardwick was accused of calling Williamstown players “weak f***ing pricks”

Meanwhile we get; "We've got a long way to go to be as good as the South Adelaide Footy Club" type mantra.

Would take Hardwick over Clarkson if available.

Koch on 5aa this morning saying that there is no disconnect between the players and coach and that was evident in the way they playe against the Cats.
In other words steady as she goes, Ken will be here next year but I wont.

So in other words, Koch continues to play the diplomacy card, skirting around the issue because, at this point in time, he's not about to come out and say "everything is f**ked, time to blow the place up and stsrt over".
Stop wetting the bed everytime you hear something you don't like.

Until I hear something different it is what it is.

It's not diplomacy if you genuinely believe it.

That's an outright lie. I know for a fact (from a friend who used to work in the industry) that atleast 2 of our players do not like Hinkley at all, and not like is being extremely kind. They may well be the only 2, I wouldn't know, but I'd very much doubt they'd be the only 2.

And anyway, are we now in the industry of just as long as all are happy it's all good?

Just further proof that Koch is the cancer inflicting this Club.

The evidence should never, ever be how we play against bottom sides or what we are capable of against better sides for small periods of time. The evidence should always be results and Ken's results against quality are appaling, embarrasing to be honest.

This is what happens when an all consuming ego gets hold of something and he couldn't care less about the PAFC, this is now all about his ego, nothing more.

He knows absoultely zero about footy. Nothing. And yet he now runs the shop.

Live and die by the sword, David. But that would take courage and that's something you have none of and never have had.

Back Ken in for next year, watch memberships and crowds continue to decline, watch us sink further down the ladder and take joy for having a positive record against bottom 6 sides while contining to show an extremely soft underbelly against anything decent.

Then for the love of God, leave with Ken and let us heal and try to find what we once were without your lying, narcissistic ways hurting us any longer.

A truly horrible man.

It is becoming increasingly clear that the only way to get the obvious decision made is to make life really uncomfortable for both Ken and Koch (legally of course)

Ken doesn't like pressure so pile it on.

Koch can't handle his ego being challenged so call him out.

Social media, banners, signs, emails, calls.

If it is to be it is up to us.

We only need one of them to buckle.

There'd be more than two that hate the coach at every club you'd need the vast majority for mutiny.

Gotta love Hardwick, says it how it is.

For sure, no doubt.

My point is more to do with justifying a continued job just because 'everyone' is happy.

Like, I've heard Koch say that a few times this year and what does it even mean? "No disconnect", like really? Wow, there'd be more than a few players that would be looking for new Clubs and some of those would be back to playing State League with a half decent coach so of course more than a few would be happy.

Very few standards, a bar set to the lowest level I've ever seen at the PAFC and I've been following since the mid 70's. Guys getting 100's of thousands of dollars every year for being average at best and that's not just footballers. It's staggeing that it's come to this.

And to justify this - look what we can do for small windows when teams possibly back off a bit, look what we can do against poor sides, look at how happy everyone is when they take home massive dollars for making and keeping us average without any level of scrutiny because that may upset a few.

The mutiny needs to come from the fans, it will never come from within. They are too insular with the you protect me I protect you. The only time this doesn't happen is on the field, and that's diabolical too.

Something has to give and it won't start from within the walls at Alberton.

Better to be disconnected but successful, rather than being connected and happy with being vanilla.
