Last season was a better standard of competition. Had the Grand final been in June or whenever the Swines were hot then maybe it would have been a good match.

This is delicious. IF the game continues to be dominated by the Lions it's the best possible end to an otherwise frustrating season. I don't mind the Lions and love Fagan. They suffered defeat last year and handled it with class. No Victorian team won the flag and the arrogant "our shit doesn't stink" Swans just add to their trainwreck performances in grand finals.

Please don't compare their record to ours. Most of our defeats have been narrow margins and our teams filled with honest hard workers rather than stars like Sydney have.

Then trade week begins and season 2025 is in our sights.
