Then why is this getting any coverage at all? Why would Nobel need to say his services are no longer wanted if he had already told them he wouldn't be playing for Tat?

Why would it be new's if he had already informed the coach he wouldn't be playing at Tat? It wouldn't matter if he played for Wodonga...

He never once made a committment to Tat though. he told them he wasnt playing there and was looking else where.

dude if every club evicted unsigned players for playing or training with another club before the season started there would be players flying around everywhere!
if he just wanted to play for a successful club why has he played wit tat the last 2 years??? we won 4 games! he would have left if that was the case.
and i think you will find he was only a fill in when he played tennis so he didnt dog his "tennis team" or let them down.

his perents were still goin to be involved even if timmy didnt play there but in there eyes just like ther ppl's they think what has happened is unjust and not right and they are disopointed the club didnt do anything so they are having some time away from the club and goin down to watch the Geelong for a season!

You say he made it clear he wasn't playing for Tat. Why would the coach need to evict him? The coach told a player who made it clear he wasn't going to play for Tat that he wasn't wanted and this causes an issue

well why dont you ask nobel that. he is the one that told him his services arent wanted. its caused some talking point in the tatura guardian, at least they have got something to talk about rather then the tatura supporters having bets on what the highest loosing margin will be this coming season i have heard one bloke thinks 320 points.

Mate - I don't want to sound like a school teacher, but do you reckon you could maybe use a few capital letters and a full stop here and there?

If Jim Kelly plays seniors and is meant to be a vital cog then other gvfl clubs need not worry about seymour, potienally the worst player ive cum across to play gvfl seniors?????

ill back you up there smallfootyhead, i havent actually cum across the lad myself but i do agree he is a complete hack of a player if you would call him a player

There is a lot more to that story and the gossip heads as usual haven't let the facts get in the way of their argument.

yeah he did do pre season with tat but he made it clear to them that he wasnt playing there and they were fine with him doin his training with the club.

I'm asking you that because you're the one stating he made it clear he wasn't going to play for Tat. Why would a coach tell someone their services aren't wanted when they made it clear they weren't offering their services in the first place?

I can only post what i have been told. Timmy has said to me he made it clear so as far as im concerned thats what happened.

Vital Cog??? wasnt he a borderline senior player for the Swans last year??? Have not heard great reports about the bloke, but only time will tell.

To answer all of you TOOLS in the one post, yes he will be a vital cog for the very reason that Toquick pointed out, Shane Shottner. If Jim can stand up and simply be competitive it will release Shotty up forward for bigger periods to not only be dangerous himself but to create space for Saad Saad. As for Jim Kelly being the "worst" player in the G.V seniors smallfootyhead,perhaps you can send me your real name in a private message sunshine and i'll come and see how good you are .

Went and saw Rochester train last night. Had a Intra club practice match. They are looking very good, moving the ball fast and getting it down to Bowen one out. One out, Bowen will be unstoppable. Must have kicked 5-6 goals while I was there. Only real question is whether to play him forward or sit him at CHB. Lot of young guys coming through as well, which will help the much maligned Rochy 2's. Sam Williams played pretty well in the game and although now one of the older blokes at the club, Lenny Schmidt was killing them.

Hey FOOTYBOSS, congratulations on getting a game. Was just wondering if you could give me a bit of a run down on some of the selections for this weeks game. It seems like alot of last years reserves players have been given a chance to shine. MORPHETT, YOURSELF, SAVILLE, POWELL. And there is also several U18's in the squad. Have these players been given a chance because they have prooved themselves or because your numbers are limited. Would you expect the side to change much from this throughout the year?
