I'm in both camps.

1 - they are rubbish. Not as rubbish as us, but really, really bad.

2 - they are remarkedly good at losing from positions they should win from. Part of that is point 1, but I genuinely think they aren't trying to win. An honourable loss is a perfect game for them. We on the other hand are so bad we don't have to try to lose. 100 point losses aren't tanking, just a sign of complete crappoliness.

And as to the bolded bit. I'll call out the Sydney loss from a a winning position with 30sec to go via an interchange infringement as definitely one they should have won.
