He also had about 22 pressure acts.Jordon had 7 touches last week

I thought Papley, Rowbottom and McInerney had all been great since the bye.Name a player that has played well post bye! They have all been trash!
I thought Papley, Rowbottom and McInerney had all been great since the bye.
I also think McCartin was coming into his best form of the year prior to last week, when weight of numbers, and the lack of help he had due to injuries, won out.
McCartin on Cox/CameronLooks like Blakey will have to play tall on the resting Cox/Cameron… or Rampe. I’d prefer Rampe to play on Elliott. Hopefully Fox is down there.
Mcstay and Mccartin would probably a locked match up.
Cunningham to Hill.
Parker named on field, suggests Cleary or Campbell to sub.
So many peripheral stats in footy these days.He also had about 22 pressure acts.

Not sure Jordon can do any more than Horse lets him. Same with Campbell. If we hadn't named all of Mills, Parker, Adams, you could throw him in the middle at centre bounces like we did vs the Pies last time. Maybe he was on someone, but he was at half of the bounces. So many peripheral stats in footy these days.
What on earth constitutes a “pressure act”? Chasing an opponent? Trying to spoil? Attempting a tackle (even if it isn’t effective)?
Does anyone really know?
I assume chalking up a “pressure act” means you haven’t actually won the football.
Anyway, a 7 possession game isn’t good enough, no matter how you try to dress it up with new-age wacky stats.
Jordon was as lousy as the rest of our team & needs to show he’s not just the new Ryan Clarke.
