Yea this is massive and confidence drops. It’s clear that the team don’t have confidence in their skills, fitness, game plan or each other.

How many times have we seen this though. It's like the residual lessons of the coaching they get as juniors is only enough to last 1 season. Once the cult gets inside your head you're more worried about being a nice boy, the fear creeps in and they lose any killer instinct and confidence.

I'm not a believer in sending players back to the reserves to find form. Our SANFL team is purgatory, you won't be finding any form there. I'd keep him in the team.

Id leave him in the team, need to give the kids a go, I think he is the symptom of our midfield getting pumped and awful turnovers, the ball is coming down more frequently and with less pressure, its not shocking guys like Evans Sinn Jones and Farrell aren't exactly looking amazing
