BBL organisers are super hesitant to bring in players from minnow nations. Lamichanne was a stab and it didn't necessarily work out. Realistically he could easily end up in the BPL, PSL or UAE league
In their spare time, one’s a rapist the other in a high end Oracle employee. Very different ends of the spectrum. They were willing to back Jofra Archer as an unknown from the West Indies and Rashid Khan before Afghanistan was a full member.
He got dropped from the UAE league, I don’t think there would be enough space for a starting XI place in the SA20, so the BPL may have to be the other option. Unless NZ want to take him.
Also, it depends on if he wants to, and if he can afford to take time off work

Game 8 from Dallas:

LA Knight Riders Roy, Narine, Unmukt, Saif, Nitish, Miller, Shakib, Russell, Dry, Johnson, Ali Khan

Seattle Orcas de Kock, Rickleton, Klassen, Ranjane, Anwar, Imad, Hammad, Harmeet, Burger, Zaman, Gannon

Seattle won the toss and elected to field.

Ryan Rickleton batting tonight, one wonders if SA could have gone closer to winning the World Cup this year had he played .
Rickleton and QdK would have been the opening pair and they would have played on the ground a few times. Agree SA may have missed a trick.
From memory, consideration to replace Hendricks with Rickleton only came late in the tournament, should have been done earlier in the tournament

Rickelton creaming them tonight does make you wonder 'what if'.

Meanwhilse Hendriks was struggling to even hit out against Lanka Premier League bowlers in yesterdays matches.

I remember you saying somewhere, the MLC is better quality than the LPL, and I would have to agree. The quality of internationals is a big factor Heres down the MLC had those big name internationals. However, I would like to see what happens when the MLC limit their internationals to 4 per starting XI.
