Seemed OK to me. Had some good development of our mids under his watch. Spoke reasonably well in interviews.

Feels like change for changes sake and given he was out of contract there was a decision to move on.

Feel like these coaching panel changes seem pretty pointless when you still have Hinkley, Cornes etc. in place.
