Oh no doubt I think he'd still be best 22 at any club - he's just not a million dollar man which is the reported contract GWS gave, and I'm assuming that's what it'd have taken to make him move (again, not saying any 3 of those clubs did offer it, just that there was talk from fans that they did).

Perfect storm for him last year. Coming off a long term injury, first time captain for a team broken from GF loss and then covid. I feel for the guy.

How Cameron has managed to keep his job for so long is a miracle in itself. Most of us here knew Cameron was not a good coach 5 years ago and yet GWS didn't figure it out, so much so they offered him a new contract last year.
