The money is only speculated on because his manager is trying to leverage against Collingwood.

The midfield debate doesn't matter too much as we have blokes coming through who will get a go there, even more so of we get Thomas. What we need is a match winner and that's what De Goey is.

With Treloar out you'd expect his midfield minutes to increase over the rest if the season. We will learn a bit about him.

Asking because isn't the rule still you need to take 2 first rounders in any 4 year period or has this rule changed? we'll need two first rounders for Kelly the following year?
