Ummm mommy's boy had a good mentor, he did not want him and chose to be put together with thomas, that says everything about franics. His onfield spat with goldstein who by most people is a GOAT ruckman was another glimpose of his truly dispicable personality. Martin was always the icing on the cake at Richmond. This kid is impacting matches at an earlier age than Martin. Port need midfield spark, he's in the guts. They need creativity up forward, he's one out.

Martin hit his straps coincidentally when Richmond became a juggernaut. It all clicked into gear late 20's.

Yeah, plenty of young players have looked world beaters and then never taking the next step due to whatever reason.

Time will tell but he was the difference in the last quarter and if he plays like that for the next 15 seasons he will be the best player in the comp at some stage of his career.
