If Virginia required kidney failure treatment and were refusing it, and has severe mental health issues, then I would expect that the hospital or a carer organisation for her, might put in an urgent application for some form of Guardianship in order to make urgent health decisions on her behalf, and over-ride any treatment refusals.

If calls or attempted calls (from either Virginia or her 71yo driver carer) were made to WA Police from the bus accident site as claimed by Virginias PR/Agent, then this should be quick and easy to prove from the caller's call record.

Hopefully police will attempt to speak to this carer about what happened and who called who, to clear this up.

Depending on the nature and legal responsibility of the carers role with Virginia, the carer might have been required to lodge a motor vehicle incident report with any employer or organisation she was contracted to in providing carer. services to Virginia

And then there is the matter of the carers insurance related to motor vehicle accidents, third party personal injury and business client liability and personal injury. There's probably messy things going on in the background related to this, as a result of Virginia and her Agent/PR's claims and statements.

This 71yo "carer" is no longer being being referred to as Ms Giuffre's carer.
She's now being referred to as the "caretaker" of Ms Giuffre's "weekend hobby farm".

IMO, although it's possible that the caretaker might also be providing some "caring" services to Ms Giuffre, it's probably more likely that there was a miscommunication and/or misinterpretation that resulted in the media reporting that Ms Guiffre had a 71yo "carer". The 71yo is possibly a carer and caretaker, with the carer part being a carer of a person or child who is not Ms Guiffre.

BTW, no doubt it was inappropriate she was with Randy Andy, but what did actually happen.
