When lab rats are kept in ever increasing confined spaces they turn violent and engage in homosexual behavior, which has led to the theory that homosexuality is some sort of circuit breaker that manages population levels so disease and violence are kept in check.

He's performing a critical function god dammit!

This thread is gay.

:p

Can we get back on topic, pretty please?
The type of player we are missing, I hope he works hard and pushes his way into the 22.
Fighting Fasoloooooooooooooooo for a spot?

Doubt Fasolo would be the choice. Think its more likely that it is Blair's role he could be in the frame for - small forward with good tackling pressure.

If this bloke can get a slight bit of fitness in him, kick a goal every 20 games, tackle once in the whole season and take up a place on the team that someone more inform could take - then He's pretty much a Didak replacement

Didak obviously wasn't right all season and still had the same area bandaged from the Grand Final 12 months later, was there a complication with his pectoral muscle?

My my aren't we bitter then?

He was an integral an important part of our premiership team last year and played severely injured. This year he paid the penalty for that, though some people will not admit it.

Averaging about 2+ goals, 5 tackles and 18 possies a game for a small forward is very good. Named in the best in 3 of the 4 games even better.
Not sure what happened in that 2nd game. Injured early??

I'm not sure about those specific games but he has also been used in the midfield so not purely a small forward.

Anyone notice the 6 contested marks he took across the last three games??? Definitely suggests Medhurst type aerial tendancies.

Even Chris Dawes didn't average 2 per game...

In reference to the 2nd game - there must be an error with the stat reporting as it states he kicked a goal....without registering a kick!?!

Re: Welcome to Collingwood Jamie Elliot

Yeah well, I can NOW. They've amended the website.:)

LOL... you're a funny man... but I guess you need to have a good sense of humour when you support the Roos

There is a 99.9% chance that stats were not logged for that game - Just goals and behinds. He did get listed first in the bests in that game though, so one can assume that he had a cracker.

Hine has said that he is a Medhurst type player. We obviously drafted him because of his capability to mould into that type of player.

OK. I was just assuming he pulled some jedi mind trick/mythical powers to get the ball through the middle for a goal.
