So Leigh Matthews says that rankine getting KOd was karma for the starcevic bump.

Quality work from another senile geri that for some reason is still being propped up by the Victorian circle jerk media machine.

Leigh Mathew’s is just a thug ended Barrie Robrans Career.

Caught up with Kayos Trading Day show (Oct 16th) yesterday and the short Crows review at 1 hr 27 minute mark Leigh Montagna noted that ANB could be our best trade 'as it allows Rankine to be unlocked and fulfill Rankines potential'. Then stated Rankine could be the BEST player in the competition next year. Remember Kingy said Rankine was heading towards a top 3 player in the competition before his bad hamstring against Pies (where he was playing a blinder and kicked an Eddie-like left foot goal to put us up late in the last qtr).

Izak had a surprisingly low B/low votes count IMO but is 'only' 81-1 when he was paying between 250 and 500 to 1 this time last year.

Extrapolating the somewhat silly 'my boy' concept I cant decide who is most important between Rankine and TT for our prospects next year. Both to become mainstays in the AA team/squad for the rest of the decade. Perhaps I will just take both

These 2 are the most exciting of a very very exciting bunch.

The Crows are coming in 2025

As long as this handbrake does not ruin it again

Promising article (eg totally over hammy issues) for those that can read it. First 2 paragraphs only as permitted

Adelaide star Izak Rankine wants to increase his midfield time next season.
Rankine, whose centre bounce attendances rose from two per cent in 2023 to 38 per cent this year, was hoping for a 50-50 split between on-ball and forward roles.

“I’m a forward at heart, but I want to play midfield and get the ball going forward so I can kick some more goals,” Rankine said. “I definitely see myself doing 50-50 or whatever that may be, but definitely some more midfield time.”

And another article in recent days. Not sure if already posted as haven’t been on forum

Sid Draper’s impressive start as a Crow has continued in Adelaide’s gruelling last session before its Christmas break, earning high praise from teammate Izak Rankine. Asked who had been setting the pace in the running, Rankine nominated the club’s top draftee as one of three standouts.

“Lachlan Sholl is always up there, Sid Draper is a fit boy and up they front a bit, dragging us along and putting a couple to the sword,” Rankine said.
