Also, it's the laws of Australian Football, not rules.
I believe I faithfully paraphrased Healy's comments. I'd guess he is talking about law 18.5.2 "(b) unduly pushes..."
It is interesting to note that the Law does not specifically mention pushing in the back. And so, if Watson used the same method and force as he did on the weekend, but instead pushed Himmelberg in the back, would the umpire likely have paid a free kick? I'd think Yes. So Healy has a point.
