Most of them come in with reasonable ideals and they're all marvellous when they get elected.

But sooner or later they work out it's a real grind and little by little start to look after themselves.

Insight into how the real world works comes at the cost.

But it's better than any other systems which haven't helped any of those who've lived under them.
