I mean I’m not sure when contracts run out and all but surely they’ll want the players being announced with the new brand polos instead of adidas
I’d think they just announce them in whatever is current at the time.

Surely we’re due an announcement on the New Jersey manufacturer before free agency and trade week
Hmm. New Jersey? I know Adidas was not always easy to deal with, but I don't believe our guernseys had anything to do New Jersey ... or the Sopranos, or any other Joisy wise guys ... !

I think sponsorship goes until October 31, so no rush
Given that you'd want to be the sponsor if the team won the Premiership and sell all those premiership goodies this makes sense and I'd expect any news to be after the sponsorship finishes rather than early. Nissan was December.

I also wonder if they’ll wait for news on Tasmania considering our sponsorship with them is up at the end of this season aswell….

Reliably told it is Skechers
Can understand them wanting to lift their profile but the thing is they haven’t got an angle . Look at under armour they signed Stef Curry and lifted their profile 10 fold but the difference is they came out with a really good basketball shoe , Sketchers have done nothing their runners will never be worn by high profile athletes they definitely don’t make footy boots just comfortable nurses shoes not cheap either oh well is what it is , who knows we might get a few shots of the lads donning their club issue sketchers Velcro tab runners for the preseason time trial but I doubt it .

I know you just ignore anything that dispels you’re myopic view - but I’ve mentioned to you multiple times that Clayton Kershaw has a long term deal with them and wears custom cleats they designed for him. He’s absolutely a high profile player in the MLB.

Also I don’t know why you’re so hung up on the footy boot side of things. Our players don’t all wear Adidas as it stands. The guernsey manufacturer has nothing to do with player’s boots. Same with sneakers - Chad shills for Nike, Tom shills for Asics etc. Skechers aren’t going to force their shoes on our players.

Could we see an announcement on the new guersey manufacturer during the pcm so they can use the new manufacturer for pics to promote the new players

I wouldn't touch a pair of Skechers with a barge pole, but have you been into an Adidas store of late? Their running shoes and footy boots are bloody dreadful.

I'm not thrilled the we're allowing our club to be a mannequin for a sports brand trying to spread its wings, but I'll reserve judgement until I see the stuff.
