Currently i highly doubt Essendon give up more than their 2 x 1st rounders and wouldnt be surprised if they get something coming back if they do.

I wouldn’t blame WCE holding him to his contract, but his body language isn’t screaming he’s a happy young lad who will fall in line because the club said so. I hope this wouldn’t be the case because we don’t want the JHF way to become the norm.

Harley got 18 uncontested possessions yesterday in the back half to really boost his numbers this year. He looks like he's playing for himself but at least he didn't just try and start fights like the other three games.

If you're just going to use stats... Obviously you didn't watch Hodge in his first two seasons. I knew we had the best player in that draft and he was going to captain Hawks to a premiership.

By the way, Hodge copped a lot of flak in his first couple of seasons at Hawthorn due to being lazy, fat and not a lot of touches. Can't say I was worried for even a second.

Judd the better player as a pure midfielder. Hodge miles better in every other facet, leadership, versatility etc. I'd argue he was more skillful as well.
