At this time of year the only FD change I can see that would not have an impact on field is recruiting/ list management.

If there's changes to list management and recruiting, and Guy and Hine are shown the door, you'd hope whoever replaces them understands the importance of getting Nick Daicos. For all the flaws of Guy and Hine they've at least been on the record for how keen they are to get him.
Unlikely, thou I like him , he is not a yes man, that`s why we turfed him, says it as it is.
Actually wouldnt be the worse outcome.
Buckley is far from the worst out of Harvey, Sanderson, et al.
If Collingwood hires someone who does not know the importance of drafting Daicos, the whole board and department should be spilled.
Was about to say the same thing. Seems a little convenient that he has stepped down from his "full time" role at Geelong.
I thought he was taking some time away from football.
Pretty sure that's a given, knowing the importance of getting Daicos
