Look, I'll concede the Dunkley Ads bromance thing is kinda sweet in a macho, matey punch each other in the arm, grab one another in a headlock way, but, er, um...

Most players do this. People are so keen to find stuff to bag Dunkley about.

I reckon he’d be feeling pretty good about the move now. Playing very well as an inside mid.
Nah, he was coordinating with the photographers before asking for the cup from his teammates, compare that to the 2016 lap of honour and there was actual celebrations photographed. He had to get his 'moment', but good on him, winners are grinners and all that.

Bailey Smith has offered a lot of perspective on Dunkley. The way they have left the club is like chalk and cheese. Happy for Dunks.

This, I’ll always be pissy at him that he chose a top 4 team with no picks but there was zero fuss about the way he left.

Not mad at Dunks winning another flag. Played well today. He seems happy in his life and hasn’t really said anything bad about our club. Nice to see him and Treloar are still great mates, remember Dunks in the crowd for Adams milestone game.

Dunkley will always be a Premiership Bulldog. Thought he showed some class and courage attending our BnF - will be interesting to see if Bailey attends this week for comparison.
Yes the difference between Bailey Smith and Dunk’s departure is night and day. I went to the GF yesterday. I didn’t notice him that much but was happy to see he had a good one (according to the stats).

He played hard accountable footy by shutting down Heeney. Can't wait for him to give Geelong's new mid-fielder Smith the same treatment.

That was a fizzer for the neutrals.

Great win by Brisbane who just dominated after half time.

The Swans could not get back into it. I thought there might have been a fight back from them after half time but the Lions didn't allow it.

The win their 4th flag breaking a 21 year drought.
Brisbane mostly dominated before half time! The margin at half time was the biggest in a GF since 2007.

They really made the Swans look like a bottom 4 side. Lucky for those junktime goals from Parker.

It seems like a lot of Swans supporters want Longmire to find a new job.

To have the little girl mic’d up to say “you’re my hero” for Josh Dunkley… (no other kids were mic’d up).

Just seemed like such a Josh Dunkley thing to do.

Brisbane, Hawks & Dogs only three teams in premiership window.

Need to make top 4, fix our preparation during the bye week to give us the best chance in 2025

Still don’t see it with the hawks next year. Gameplan will be found out

Dunkley was very important, tackled Heeney into submission literally, and had an aerial presence himself around the ground

2016.

We weren't even on the page. I tend to take most of CDs data with a grain of salt, but that's just me.
Because the majority of Premiers have come from within that window.
Doesn't mean that occasionally there will be some exceptions to the rule, that doesn't make the whole thing wrong.
But being within that window gives us a higher chance of going all the way, than not.

We still have issues. Like we are vulnerable against certain types of teams like the Lions, and Power, in the middle of the park. So we need to close the gap, and become more mobile, damaging, and work harder across the park. We improved in a lot of areas last year, and did much more right than we did wrong.

And we definitely need to make the top 4, because that will help our chances even more.

We're not really taking Fox's (sorry CD) Premiership Window seriously are we?

I was openly mocking it two weeks ago when Brisbane were down 44 halfway through the second quarter

I was wrong. Champion Data was right. Never question our statistical overlords
