You have gym mates?

I don't think I've said one word to anyone except the ppl that work there

I go to a boxing gym, they’re a bit different I think. The owners really encourage the team aspect, we all go together to watch our guys fight, we watch the big fights at the pub together, it’s a great atmosphere down there.

Yeh, my thing is always “just get there” drag my ass to the gym, regardless (granted with a home gym it’s ALOT easier).

If I can get myself there, even on my least “motivated” day, I’ll do something, usually it winds up being a normal session cause if I’m already there, why not.

My gym splits now are absurdly simple, it freaks people out how simple my gym schedule is but for me it’s “get in, headphones on, do my session to my time splits, finish up”.

It’s a fantastic switch off and get out of my head and into my body space.

going to be honest i find the best thing with dieting is to just not have the foods that you know will tempt you around. cant snack on chips if they arent in the pantry.

preparing all your meals for the week in advance so you arent getting takeaway when you cant be bothered cooking another one.

the best place to start is probably to stop drinking calories. most people will find it a lot easier to replace soft drinks with water than completely shake up their meal routine.

i do find dieting harder than maintaining a gym / cardio routine.
