Like someone else has said, it’s not a selfie unless the person in the picture has Inspector gadget arms.

Spot on and no it's not normal behaviour for a senior leader. The people with the Navy Blue Goggles on will tell you "who cares" or "nothing to see here".My point was "is this the quality of person we really want holding the reins " of the club?
But then again maybe it's normal and common for people to keep self nudies on their phone these days.
Doesn't matter who took it, if its him and/or on his phone, he's extremely immature.Like someone else has said, it’s not a selfie unless the person in the picture has Inspector gadget arms.

Why would you care in the slightest what’s on his phone?Doesn't matter who took it, if its him and/or on his phone, he's extremely immature.
True but I don't think it would be normal for a 55 year old AFL Club President and Company CEO to have nude pics (potentially of himself or otherwise) on his phone. Why would you care in the slightest what’s on his phone?
It’s only that a picture was posted publicly that is a problem.
I think that as the Blue Weirdo you would be qualified to let us know what's normal and what is weird? My point was "is this the quality of person we really want holding the reins " of the club?

More to it than that. If he has an undisclosed relationship with a club donor, it potentially becomes a club integrity issue. If it was some random woman he was having an affair with (not saying there is an affair going on, but if), then I'd agree with you.I have a number of bridges for sale
Behind close doors people can do what they want, only concern should be, is if he posted inappropriate content, which jeopardises his career and relationships

Sure, but that applies irrespective of whether the post was made or not. That was just the vehicle which has highlighted what may be a conflict of interest. It also has implications for Carlton, not just Sayers.Conflict of interest would fall into, "jeopardises his career and relationships"
The Carlton Football Club today confirms that after 12 years serving as a Director, including three as President, Luke Sayers has today informed the Board that he will step down from his role as President, effective immediately.
Go-pro. For those tricky angles…Like someone else has said, it’s not a selfie unless the person in the picture has Inspector gadget arms.

CARLTON president Luke Sayers has been cleared by the AFL of any wrongdoing after a lewd image was posted from his social media account earlier this month.
"The Integrity Unit's inquiries, which included multiple interviews and review of other evidence, have now concluded and the AFL has found, based on the available evidence, that access to Mr Sayers' X account was compromised, resulting in the posting of the image (i.e. by a person not being Mr Sayers) and tagging of another person," the AFL said in a statement on Wednesday.
You know that he wasnt hacked.? Please give us the information that led to this conclusionLOL if Sayers was "leaving no stone unturned" then why step down if cleared by the AFL......unless you know, he wasn't hacked (pro tip, he wasn't) and its just the AFL boys club giving him an out?
Good to see nothing has changed at the top, at least the right outcome has occurred (Sayers gone)
All clear!
AFL clears Luke Sayers as lewd photo saga investigation concludes

“The AFL wishes to thank the executive who was unwittingly tagged in the post, her cooperation and assistance throughout the inquiries have been extremely helpful.”
So you were there when he posted it? Why didnt you have a word in his ear? "pssst pres, this might not look good" is all you would have had to sayAnyone who thinks he didn't post it himself because the AFL 'cleared' him..
I've got some snake oil I'd love to to sell you.
