It’s only that a picture was posted publicly that is a problem.
True but I don't think it would be normal for a 55 year old AFL Club President and Company CEO to have nude pics (potentially of himself or otherwise) on his phone.

More to it than that. If he has an undisclosed relationship with a club donor, it potentially becomes a club integrity issue. If it was some random woman he was having an affair with (not saying there is an affair going on, but if), then I'd agree with you.
Conflict of interest would fall into, "jeopardises his career and relationships"

Sure, but that applies irrespective of whether the post was made or not. That was just the vehicle which has highlighted what may be a conflict of interest. It also has implications for Carlton, not just Sayers.
