He's barely fit, shouldn't have been playing AFL, and got no help at all from a truly spudly Norf backline.
For all the young talent Norf have in ruck, midfield and forward, they are just bereft of ideas down back.

They were both terrible, but the North defence is a disorganised rabble and Griff did have to play on Curnow. I felt sorry for him with their midfield being smashed. How that North ruck gets rated I have no idea.

I can only think of people that placed their bets on him when he got drafted and didn't want to admit they were wrong.

I think Tucker had a good spell of 6 or so games in 2019 or something. Apart from that he was generally subpar. Occasionally popped up and kicked the odd goal but never provided us with much.

An ACL can do that to you. I hope he takes every penny he can from them. Liked him as a bloke and good on him for getting the money he did.

The thing about Tucker was he could look like a million bucks at times in the WAFL. Or at training. All the skills, nice mover, great size & physique.
He really teased but he’s just not much good at the top level. A bit like Suban or even Erasmus. Dominates a level down but can’t cope with the speed & touch required for the big time.

He did string some games together before doing his hammy & never got close to his best again.
