What's the use in having a Salary Cap? I reckon stuff the salary cap if no-one is playing by the rules, let to moron's spend a couple of hundred thousand dollars to satisfy their Real Life inadequacies if they want.

Matthew Clarke has left Keilor and gone to Tyabb in the MPFNL
Suprised he lasted as long as he did at Keilor. Has played for a few clubs and is not one to stick around
Clark has been at Keilor for 5 years now, so it seems he has stuck around to some degree!

Clark was a MacLeod junior with stints at VFL level at Northern Blues and Coburg. He moved to Keilor because he moved his life within the EDFLs zone and wanted to play for a club in that area.

I'd have assumed that all bets were off as soon as Deer Park moved into direct competition with East Keilor.
